Guided tours for school and travel groups are available year-round by prior arrangement, including outside regular season opening hours!

- Age recommendation: from 8 years
- Tour exclusively indoors (no jackets, umbrellas etc. required)
- Walking distance inside the power plant: approx. 590 metres (1,935 feet) Two floors, with steps at the entrance and in the entrance hall, and intermediate steps on the second basement level
- Lift available, but may only be used in special cases (e.g. elderly visitors with walking sticks or foot injuries)
- Not barrier-free, not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies
- Seating available at all stations
